CPSI Mission

“CPRA, through a network of partners, provides education and support in playground safety to industry practitioners and associated stakeholders. Our product range is creative, needs driven, user friendly and sustainable.”

 

1. Concept:      

       CPRA wants to revise the program offering to achieve the following targets:

  • To re-invest in the CPSI program to increase credibility in the playground industry,
  • To undertake new development to better serve the constituents; and
  • To use the upgraded CPSI program as a model for partnering with the provincial and territorial associations.

2. Area of emphasis:

Planning – Commit to on-going planning that allows us to respond to client needs
Finance – Develop a sustainable institute that makes a contribution to partners
Partnership – We consider partnerships first in creating delivery mechanism
Communication – Two-way interactive electronic communication

 

3. Target Market:

Playground Safety

4. Product


The market for the service includes four main categories namely; those wanting a brief introduction to the standard, non-playground workers needing to evaluate the safety of playgrounds, playground workers whose job it is to inspect playgrounds on a regular basis and private consulting companies who audit playgrounds for a living.
