As the official airline, Air Canada will provide the following discounts to fares booked in:
- Executive Class: 5%-15%
- Latitude Plus: 15%
- Latitude: 10%

Please call the toll-free convention reservation line at (800) 361-7585 and quote convention number “C V 0 6 1 5 7 1” to the agent.
There is no fee for booking your ticket over the phone using the convention number as you are unable to book these flights on-line. If your ticket is not eligible for a discount, you may still book by phone and not incur any fee.
Getting Around In Saskatoon
From the Airport:
A one-way trip from the Saskatoon John G. Diefenbaker International Airport to downtown Saskatoon and surrounding hotels is approximately $15.00 by taxi.
Taxis:
A typical fare around downtown Saskatoon is about or under $10.00.
Car Rentals:
There are plenty of rental agencies in the downtown area, at the airport (arrivals level), and around town.

Public Transit:
The Saskatoon Transit bus service covers all of the city. Bus times are frequent and most travel into the downtown core.
The fee for a one way trip anywhere Saskatoon transit takes you is currently:
- Adults - $2.25
- Seniors - $2.25
- Tickets come in sheets of 10 at a time and are sold at all transit vendor outlets. Adult - 10 for $18.00 Seniors - 10 for $18.00

Delegate Checklist
Take advantage of discounted conference rates by getting your registration form in before the Early Bird Registration Deadline: September 8, 2006.
1. How to Register
There are three ways to register:
- On-line at www.cpra.ca
- Via fax at (613) 523-1182
- By mail (CPRA, 404-2197 Riverside Drive, Ottawa, Ontario, K1H 7X3)
2. Ensure that your Conference Registration Form is complete:
- Have you included all of your contact information?
- Did you identify any special needs or dietary restrictions that you may have?
- Have you selected all of your programs sessions?
- Will you have a partner accompanying you?
- Will they be attending the Partner's Program?
- Have you tallied all your registration fees?
- Paying by cheque?
- Ensure it is mailed in with your registration form (payable to Canadian Parks and Recreation Association)
- Paying by credit card?
- Ensure that you have filled in all of the necessary information required to process your payment
3. Immediate Tasks
- Reserve your accommodations
- Book your travel arrangements
- Make transportation arrangements to and from the airport to your hotel
4. Last Minute Tasks
- Pack business casual apparel for daytime sessions and meetings.
- Include casual clothes for the conference socials and outings
- Pack appropriate clothes for fitness or other non-conference related activities (i.e., bathing suit, Golf shoes, etc.)
- Ensure that you bring your Conference Registration Confirmation and your Conference Program Guide with you
- On-Site Guides will be provided on your arrival to the hotel to help you find your session rooms and other activities
