Frequently Asked Questions About The Conference
What do I get with a full conference registration?
A full conference registration includes keynotes, Trade Show, program
sessions, scheduled meals, socials and delegate bag.
How would I qualify for student rate?
If you are a full-time students for 2006-2007 and you can provide CPRA
with valid student identification required.
Is the pre-conference sessions included with my full conference
registration?
No. The pre-conference sessions would be an additional cost.
Where will the Trade Show be situated?
The Trade Show will be situated at
TCU Place in
Centennial Hall.
Do you have a Partners’ Program?

When I tried to register on-line, the system could not recognize me.
The information you entered might be different from what is entered in
the database. Please email jmcrae@cpra.ca or call (613) 523-5315 extension
301.
How do I know CPRA has received my registration?
If you registered on-line, you would have received an email
confirmation. If you registered by fax or by mail, a confirmation letter and
receipt will be mailed to you starting the week of September 11, 2006.
Can I make changes to my registration?
Yes. All registrations are transferable and free of charge. Transfers
will be accepted up to one week prior to the conference. Session choices can
be modified from original choices. Please submit your changes in writing to
Joanne McRae at jmcrae@cpra.ca.
I need to cancel my registration, what should I do?
You will need to submit a written cancellation notification to jmcrae@cpra.ca

What is the last day I can send my registration form?
You can register on-line or by fax up until October 16, 2006. If you are
mailing your registrations after September 29, 2006, please fax a copy to CPRA at (613) 523-1182.
Can I register on-site?
Yes. Once you arrive at the TCU Place convention centre, please see Joanne
McRae at the Administration Office.
Will you be booking my hotel accommodations?
No. Conference delegates are required to book their own accommodations.

Has CPRA secured special discounted rates on airfare to Saskatoon?
Yes. Special discounts have been arranged with Air Canada. Flight
