Getting Around In Ottawa
From the Airport:
A one-way trip from the Ottawa Macdonald-Cartier International Airport Authority to downtown Ottawa and surrounding hotels is approximately $30.00 by taxi.
Taxis:

There are plenty of rental agencies in the downtown area, at the airport (arrivals level), and around town.

Take advantage of discounted conference rates by getting your registration form in before the Early Bird Registration Deadline: August 24, 2007.
1. How to Register:
- On-line (New On-line registration system will be available at the beginning of July)
- Fax registration form to (613) 523-1182.
2. Ensure that your Conference Registration Form is complete:
- Have you included all of your contact information?
- Did you identify any special needs or dietary restrictions that you may have?
- Have you selected all of your programs sessions?
- Will you have a partner accompanying you?
- Will they be attending the Partner's Program?
- Have you tallied all your registration fees?
- Paying by cheque?
- Paying by credit card?
- Ensure that you have filled in all of the necessary information required to process your payment
3. Immediate Tasks:
- Reserve your accommodations
- Book your travel arrangements
- Make transportation arrangements to and from the airport to your hotel
4. Last Minute Tasks:
- Pack business casual apparel for daytime sessions and meetings.
- Include casual clothes for the conference socials and outings
- Pack appropriate clothes for fitness or other non-conference related activities (i.e., bathing suit, Golf shoes, etc.)
- Ensure that you bring your Conference Registration Confirmation and your Conference Program Guide with you
- On-Site Guides will be provided on your arrival to the hotel to help you find your session rooms and other activities
