Frequently Asked Questions About The Conference
What do I get with a full conference registration?
A full conference registration includes keynotes, Trade Show, program
sessions, scheduled meals, socials and delegate bag.
How would I qualify for the student rate?
If you are a full-time student for 2007-2008 and you can provide CPRA
with valid student identification. A photocopy of your valid student identification card is required with registration in order to be accepted at this rate. Please fax to: (613) 523-1182.
Is the pre-conference sessions included with my full conference
registration?
No. The pre-conference sessions are an additional cost.
Where will the Trade Show be situated?
The Trade Show will be situated at
the Crowne Plaza.
What is the best way for me to register for the conference and what our my payment options?
The easiest and quickest way to register for the conference is on-line. The new user-friendly on-line registration system of CPRA allows you to complete your registration using a valid credit card (American Express, MasterCard or Visa). You will be able to print your own receipt once registration payment is completed with a credit card or, should you wish to pay by cheque, you are able to print an invoice. Invoices must be paid no later than September 7, 2007 ; otherwise your registration will be considered incomplete. The registration system automatically removes incomplete registrations. The GST paid will be indicated on your receipt.
I need to cancel my registration, what should I do?
You will need to submit a written cancellation notification to jmcrae@cpra.ca. The following refunds shall apply:
• August 1, 2007–September 1, 2007 - 75% of the registration fee
• September 1, 2007-September 14, 2007 - 50% of the registration fee
• No refunds will be provided after September 14, 2007.
All registrations are transferable up to one week prior to the conference. Notification to CPRA of transfers must be received in writing.
