The Canadian Playground Safety Institute (CPSI) is committed to helping communities create safer and more engaging play environments for children across Canada. As the leading provider of playground safety training and certification, CPSI equips individuals with the skills and knowledge to inspect, assess, and maintain playgrounds in accordance with the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) standard CAN/CSA Z614.

In partnership with the Canadian Parks and Recreation Association (CPRA), CPSI offers a comprehensive certification program for Canadian Certified Playground Inspectors. Certification is valid for three years, with straightforward options for re-certification to maintain industry recognition.
