Change the Pace with the Physical Activity Collective

CPRA is a proud and contributing partner of the Physical Activity Collective, a partnership of ten national Sport, Physical Activity, and Recreation (SPAR) organizations working with the Government of Canada to address physical inactivity and improve health outcomes.

Physical inactivity is a costly issue, contributing $3.9 billion annually in health-care expenses. Alarmingly, only 49% of adults and 39% of children and youth meet recommended physical activity guidelines.

Change the Pace

It’s time to reverse these trends and build a healthier, more active Canada. Read more about how members of the Physical Activity Collective are advocating for change through our 2025 Budget Submission.

Together, we can create a future where physical activity is accessible and prioritized for all.
