A Call to Action for Canada's Party Leaders

The Canadian Parks and Recreation Association (CPRA) has sent a letter to all party leaders urging them to:

  • Commit to a long-term federal plan for recreation infrastructure
  • Recognize parks and recreation as essential infrastructure
  • Prioritize funding to modernize aging community spaces

Parks and recreation make our communities stronger, healthier, and more resilient. The next government must invest now—or risk irreversible decline.
