Recreation, Parks, & the Federal Government
Recreation and parks are a necessary public good, essential to the quality of life of Canadians. They contribute to creating vibrant, resilient communities; healthy, productive citizens; a robust, thriving economy; and to the wellbeing of our natural and built environments.
In Canada, our sector is facing serious challenges that require swift intervention. CPRA works to promote visionary leadership from the federal government to help our sector capitalize on the opportunities and meet the challenges of our shared future.
