What We Heard: Summary of Findings from Phase 1

This report presents findings from Phase 1 of the Framework renewal, led by the Canadian Parks and Recreation Association (CPRA), under the guidance of the Framework Leadership Team (FLT) and in partnership with the Sport, Physical Activity and Recreation Council (SPARC). It reflects the voices of over 2,500 participants, representing each province and territory across Canada, gathered in a variety of formats between September 2024 and May 2025.
