Personna Needs Statements

It is easy to assume we know what people want from our facilities and services. However, oftentimes our assumptions are incorrect or based on incomplete information. Even if people tell us what they want, we might not know why or end users might tell us they want one thing when in actuality, they need something else. To combat this typical mistake, we use personas. These are archetypes of people, based on real end users we spoke with, who whill ultimately use your facility. By stepping into their shoes, we can design a more relevant and successful destination.
